Come join your favorite Beede personal trainer for a specialized fitness program for 2-4 people. These are 6 week programs, 1 class per week, and 55 minute sessions (unless otherwise noted). Senior Tune-Up w/ Bill Lehmann - 55 Church Street Gym * custom schedule - Get started with 3 classes of exercise positions: seated, standing, table, supine, prone. - Extending to 3 classes focused on exercise flow: postural, joint stability, mobility.
Fitness For Kids w/ Jeff Cobb - Beede Fitness Studio * custom schedule - A blend of bands, dumbbells, agility ladder, medicine balls, kettlebells, and battle rope. - This is the perfect instruction to fitness room training with a certified trainer.
Core Engagement w/ Lori Seymore - 55 Church Street Gym * custom schedule - Fitness stations that will integrate your abs, obliques, lats, and full upper body. - Get stronger for daily life activities and be ready to joyfully engage in exercise.
Full Body Toning w/ Laurel DeWolf-Grise - 55 Church Street Gym * custom schedule - Warm up with some easy cardio and add in moves with balls, hand weights, and bands. - Lose weight, strengthen your body, and add lean muscle all while improving flexibility.
Coached Strength and Conditioning Workouts w/ John Donaldson - Beede Strength Room * custom schedule - Ramp up your physical work capacity with challenging, yet achievable group workouts. - Workouts are scaled to the individual for maximum safety using strength and power movements. - Progressively improve your ability to work, recover, and work again.
Fitness Room Basics w/ Brian Kalagher - Beede Strength Room * custom schedule - Discover the powerful combination of weight machines and free weights with body weight exercises. - Learn basic nutrition and balance, in addition to increasing strength and burning calories.
Senior Fitness Class: Strength Training & Flexibility w/ Linda McGovern - Beede Fitness Studio * custom schedule - A combination of dumbbells, machines, and resistance bands to help you develop muscle, gain balance and flexibility, and to improve mood and stamina.
Transformation Fitness w/ Trish Hosmer - Beede Cardio Room * custom schedule - Sessions dedicated to the best Beede equipment to stretch, strengthen, and stabilize. - Train your muscles and you mind with an experienced certified trainer.
